WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY

My birding is done in North Yorkshire and Cleveland. Family holidays to the North West of Scotland provide welcome variety and so too the occasional trips to the South of the country. I have been photographing birds for several years now and still feel the excitment of capturing a particularly pleasing and well lit subject or a new species. Over 175 species are represented but for every photo here, dozens have been discarded. The frustration of never quite getting the perfect shot keeps me trying harder.
